In house transport subject to location, availability and funding.
Additional days may be available in college holidays/shut downs
Who is YAWN Life for?
Clients must have a learning disability, be capable of managing their own personal care and have needs which do not require 1 to 1 care. They will be people enjoy spending time with others and who want to take part in activities as part of a sociable group on a regular basis.
Places are obtained via referral from your Local Authority Adults with Learning Disabilities Social care department.
Prior to place allocation assessment of needs and expectations
would take place between clients/ carers and YAWN Life staff.
